Justin L. Davis Foundation (JLDF) is a 501(C)3 prevention, intervention and solution driven organization located in the Houston, Texas area. Our target are the underserved community of youth ages 12-24. Our mission is to build bridges (Outreach Projects) that young champions can use to cross into becoming healthy, strong leaders in their community. We use a "youth to youth" mentorship approach which empowers youth to purpose. Through the performing arts platform we are empowering and equipping the next generation of leaders to spread the love and message of Jesus Christ to their peers, communities and the world."

What is a Black Light? A Black Light exposes what cannot be seen with a naked eye.
Black Lights Performing Arts Company (BLPAC) is the performing arts platform for youth to impact their peers. We mentor inner-city youth around common negative behaviors and lifestyle that opens the door to depression, then coach them in the art of professional acting and give them a major platform to become a VOICE, a LIGHT that IMPACTS the darkness of their peer environment. We fight youth depression and rescues lost champions by exposing what cannot be seen with the naked eye. The performing arts and the power of Psychodrama is the most effective way to influence a larger number of youth to make healthy changes in their lives. TAG YOU'RE IT - THE LAUNCH OF THE GLOBAL "SPEAK-LIFE YOUTH EMPOWERMENT MOVEMENT"

"RECREATIONAL FACILITY OF THE ARTS LEADERSHIP ACADEMY" OUTREACH CENTER (A JLDF PROJECT)
Today's youth need an 80,000 Sq Ft Recreational Facility of the Arts Leadership Academy, Outreach Teen Center. A center that is a prototype to teaching the art of evangelism. The SPOT is designed with incentive driven programs that teach youth and young adults how to positively influence their communities, rather than having the negatives in their communities influencing them. The SPOT is designed as a self-sustaining center. It is "state of the art," creatively designed for youth to invite other youth ages 12-24 for them to grow in their faith. In the center they will grow healthy while having fun, being safe, and engaging in transforming activities. This building unites the efforts of Christian leaders who work in: outreach, the arts, the sciences, the media, technology, mental health, financial literacy, entrepreneurship and so much more.
TAKE NOTE: The SPOT is not growing a Church facility. We are a Recreation Center/ Outreach Teen Center open daily. We are seeking partnerships with the Church families where we can direct our unchurched youth to. CHOICES Motivational Services - A SCHOOL BASED INITIATIVE
CHOICES Motivational Services is a comprehensive, interactive mental health program that is designed to address the behavior and character development of middle and high school students within the school system. This workshop is highly successful and provides youth with another source of positive reinforcements. The modules can be delivered separately topic by topic, each topic comes with a dramatic arts component that is fun and engaging. We believe that youth in our schools need a balanced diet of academics and character development.
