The NETWORK was established in the Washington, DC Metropolitan Area in 1996 under the name, Jesus the Spiritual Connection Christian Outreach Network .  In 2017 The NETWORK Headquarters moved from the Washington, DC Metropolitain Area to the Houston, Texas area. The NETWORK is the parent to the 501(c)3 Justin L. Davis Foundation.  "The NETWORK" is growing globally as like minded Christians unite their insights, interests and resources to Build a Bridge to a Brighter Future.
